Position: Full -Time Remote Business Manager
Job Responsibilities

Managing some day-to-day operations and leading a small team

Establish collaboration with other agencies/French institutions or individuals

Understanding the existing clientele and exploring new target groups

Support with the handling of external client inquiries

Supporting the team with continuous recruitment of talent

Exploration of automation/ software tools for increasing organizational productivity
Job Requirements

Candidate has to be ideally based in Pune, India (or ready to relocate/ travel)

Educational background in Business Administration with specialization in Finance
-
Minimum 1-2 years Work Experience

Fluent in Business English (Speaking and Writing), knowledge of French will be a plus

A keen explorer of the latest internet tools, sites, and apps
-
Open to Work in a highly evolving startup environment
-
Must have a high-speed internet connection, a good work computer
Salary Offered
INR 7.5 Lakhs per Annum (CTC) (6 LPA Fixed + 1.5 LPA Variable)
Work Hours
Tue to Sat 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (For overlap with other team members)
Sunday and Monday OF
