India and France are cooperating more and more in key sectors such as defense, civil nuclear energy, space, and cybersecurity. Yet there is very little people-to-people movement between the two countries. Why you might ask – yes, you guessed it right, the barrier of French language.

This is precisely where BBarters is determined to make the difference. Having excelled in the domain of French coaching for adults since our inception in 2020, we are well-placed to take advantage of the limitless possibilities between India, France, and other francophone regions.

Our objective is to increase the francophone immigration and create new jobs and business opportunities through it.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Management Intern to join our team and assist with day-to-day operations, sales support, client inquiries, and tech platform management. This is an excellent opportunity for business management graduates or students to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Operations: Assist in daily business management and marketing operations, improve business workflows, and support team goals.

  • Sales Support: Help manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data

  • Tech Platforms: Contribute to maintaining and improving business tech platforms, including enhancing the use of AI tools

  • Client Relations: Assist in handling client inquiries, preparing business strategies, and conducting market research

  • Learning Opportunity: Work closely with the Business Manager for mentorship and exposure to strategic decision-making

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Recent Business Management Graduate

  • Experience: Ideally 1 year of relevant work or internship experience

  • Location: Work from Home, Ideally based in or around Maharashtra

  • Skills: Tech-savvy, efficient with common knowledge AI tools, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn

  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
