Program Terms and Conditions
All students will have to join our dedicated Google Classroom to access program material and to obtain feedback for assignments.
Once purchased, a student retains access to the program contents for TWELVE months from the date of purchase. A separate extension can be purchased if a student wishes to do so, otherwise no automatic extension will be provided under any circumstances.
The assignment assessments and feedback will be done within 4-5 working days after each submission. In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to delay the process.
The Édito group study sessions are optional, however, to join these sessions the students will have to fulfill the eligibility criterion for each level (A1, A2 and B1). Once joined for a particular level, a student can not repeat the Édito group study sessions for the that level again.
In case the instructor is not able to moderate a particular group study session due to health or other valid reasons, the students shall be informed via email/official WhatsApp group. That session will be rearranged to the next possible date.
Once paid, the fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
All the program content including study resources and session videos is the intellectual property of BBarters. If any student distributes it privately/publicly for financial or non-financial gains, they will be subject to a legal course of action.

TEF/TCF Speaking Practice Workshop
Program Terms and Conditions
All students will have to join our dedicated Google Classroom to access program material and to obtain feedback for your practices.
The workshop practices must be completed in the stipulated access period, i.e., FIVE weeks from date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
The speaking practice slots are fixed for weekdays and weekends. Students will have to book the calendar during these slots only. Only one slot can be booked per day, i.e. only ONE speaking practice will be conducted per student per day (either section A or section B). Additionally, no more than SIX practices can be scheduled during any given week.
Once you purchase the workshop, during the FIRST WEEK itself you are required to schedule ALL sixteen practices within your program access duration. If you encounter any issues for scheduling them in the first week, we shall help you with it. However, post the one-week period, we can not guarantee that you will have enough slots left to complete ALL your practices within the stipulated program access period.
Once paid, the fees will not be returned under any circumstances.
The student must book the speaking practices in advance, minimum four per week, using the link shared. The schedule windows are fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student.

All speaking practices feedbacks will be formalized and marked on the classroom on the same day of practice, except in case of exceptional circumstances on our part.

TEF/TCF Prep Writing Practice Workshop
Program Terms and Conditions
All students will have to join our dedicated Google Classroom to access program material and to submit their writing work.
The workshop practices must be completed in the stipulated access period, i.e., FIVE weeks from date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
It shall take 2-3 working days for review of each submission (Sun and Monday are non-working). If multiple submissions are made on the same day – only the first one will be considered as submission for that day, and subsequent ones will be treated after each assessment is done.
No submissions will be assessed after the program access period is over, and ONLY in case of pending assessments from our end will there be 1 WEEK extension given for the classroom access so that the student can receive the feedback. During this extension, NO NEW SUBMISSIONS will be accepted for assessment.
If a student has turned in min 2 writing submissions in any given week (Mon-Sat) during their access, an OPTIONAL live feedback session of 15–20 mins is available on Sundays between 5-6 PM IST. (Timings subject to change, if needed.)
The weekly feedback session will be conducted only if the student has made at least TWO writing submissions. The timing for this interaction will be fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student.
The weekly feedback sessions are optional for students, and they can choose not to attend for any valid reason, the session though will not be rescheduled in case of absence on the part of the student.

All students will have to join our dedicated Google Classroom to access program material and to obtain feedback and score for your exam simulations.
The exam simulations must be completed in the stipulated access period, i.e., SIX weeks from the date of purchase. No program access extension will be granted under any circumstances.
The exam assessments and feedback will be done within 2-3 working days after each submission. In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to delay the process.
The scores generated for exam simulations are only indicative of your efforts in this program, sincerity in submissions and your French level. We can not and do not guarantee that a student will get the same exact scores in the actual exam.
The one-on-one feedback session will be conducted only if the student has completed at least THREE exam simulations (all sections). The timing for this interaction will be fixed and won’t be changed for any individual student.
The one-on-one feedback session is optional for students, and they can choose not to attend for any valid reason, the session though will not be rescheduled in case of absence on the part of the student.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
For all our TEF/TCF Prep Online Programs (All the programs listed above), once a student purchases the program, they won't be able to cancel the purchase under any circumstances.
If there was an error during tuition payment resulting in duplicate payment, please write to us at payments@bebarters.com, and we shall refund any duplicate payment within 30 days of the request.
Any unsolicited payment will be returned and will be reported to the authorities if needed.
