Once a program is purchased, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances. We encourage students to review program details carefully before making a purchase.

In the event of a duplicate payment due to an error, please notify us promptly at payments@bebarters.com. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

Any unsolicited or unauthorized payments will be returned. If necessary, such transactions may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchase has been made.

Students will retain access to the program classroom for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions to access may be available as a paid option, subject to BBarters' discretion.

Students must join the designated program classroom on BBarters' eLearning platform to access program contents via any standard web browser. We do not provide any app.

In case a student is not able to correctly access the program due to some technical issues on their side, BBarters may offer help and support. However, BBarters can not guarantee resolution of such issues on a student's end.

Submitted assignments will be reviewed by our team within 2–3 working days. In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to extend this timeline.

Any program-related queries must be asked on official forums made available by BBarters. Our team shall respond to them in a timely manner. Our team members shall not respond to private communication.

BBarters reserves the right to make adjustments to program content to improve the program quality. These changes may be implemented without prior notice. Nonetheless, information about major changes to program content and structure will be communicated to the students.

All program content, including study resources and session videos, is the exclusive intellectual property of BBarters. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of this content, either publicly or privately, for financial or non-financial gain, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal action.

Once paid, the program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All students must join the dedicated Program Classroom on our eLearning platform to access program content and receive feedback on assignments. Upon purchase, students will have access to the new portal for six months from the date of purchase. After this period, access will no longer be available.

If currently enrolled in another program and purchasing this as an access extension for continuation of French learning, your student progress data will not be transferred to this program.

Assignments will be assessed, and feedback will be provided within 2–3 working days after submission (excluding Sundays and Mondays). In exceptional circumstances, BBarters reserves the right to delay the process, with students being notified of any delays.

Students will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for doubt-solving and quick updates. Only program and study-related queries are allowed in the official WhatsApp group. Our team will respond to questions in a timely manner.

All program content, including study resources and session videos, is the exclusive intellectual property of BBarters. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of this content, either publicly or privately, for financial or non-financial gain, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal action.

Enrollment in this program requires intermediate proficiency in French. The assessment and determination of this requirement are solely at the discretion of BBarters.

Students must complete all exam simulations within the stipulated five-week access period from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

Only those students who complete all three exam simulations (all sections) will qualify for the one-on-one feedback session.

Scores obtained in the exam simulations are indicative and reflect the student’s effort, sincerity, and proficiency during the program. BBarters does not guarantee identical scores in the actual TEF Canada exam.

If an instructor is unavailable for a scheduled feedback session due to an exceptional reason, students will be informed via email and/or the Official Program WhatsApp group. The session will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.

Upon the issuance of results via email, the student will be immediately removed from the concerned classroom.

The assessment is conducted online solely for self-evaluation purposes. The accuracy of the results depends on the student's honesty and discipline in completing the submissions. Therefore, the results are only indicative of the student's French proficiency at the time of the test.

The results of this assessment are not to be used for any legal or immigration purposes and cannot be considered an official evaluation.
